According to former Scotland manager Alex McLeish, the Carney Chukwuemeka transaction was successful for Aston Villa.
Carney Chukwuemeka, a central midfielder for Chelsea who is 18 years old, was recently acquired from Aston Villa.
With only one year remaining on his contract, Chukwuemeka was reportedly unwilling to sign a new one with Villa.
The Blues decided against signing him for nothing next summer and spent 16million for him this window.
European powerhouses like Barcelona and Premier League teams like Manchester United and Liverpool were all showing a lot of interest in the 18-year-old.
Chukwuemeka can jump right into the first team setup and learn from the club’s senior leaders despite his relative inexperience in the Premier League.
According to one expert, the total value of the 18-year-contract old’s is $20 million, which is a sum that both clubs may be satisfied with.
According to McLeish, Chelsea’s infrastructure makes it conceivable for that trade to go through.

By signing him for that amount of money, they are obviously quite confident in both their abilities and his potential.
It must be claimed that Aston Villa got a good deal with that. Another talented young player that is developing is this one.
He may do things in the future, but Villa has the money to spend it without losing a vital player for the present.
They would have wanted to keep him, for sure, but I’m not sure it was feasible.
