For a crippled 10-year-old child who has vanished with her caregiver, the police have issued an Amber Alert.

Hebe Zwart was last observed leaving a daycare center in Sint Theresastraat on Monday afternoon in Raamsdonksveer, Noord-Brabant, which is close to Breda. Her mother filed a missing persons report after she didn’t come home.

She has blond hair, blue eyes, and described as white skin. Scoliosis has forced her to walk with her feet pointed outwards, giving her a peculiar gait.

She need ongoing care, according to the police, and her life may be in danger.

Hebe drove away from the childcare center in a black Kia Picanto with the license plate PR-425-K. She was carrying a purple Eastpark knapsack while sporting a bright pink jacket, a blue T-shirt, and a black skirt.
